Bond insurance makes both the tenant’s and agent’s lives easier by streamlining the resolution of any accidental damage or excess cleaning situation that may arise. At the same time, it secures the bond which would otherwise be eroded by such damage or cleaning cost. It will also hopefully mean less disputes at the end of the tenancy.
Once you have provided your agency’s contact details in the form below, you will receive a BondSure agency number. We will then send you an email asking you to let us know your preferred method of bond payment. Once we have received your agency details by return email, we can pay your tenant’s bond either the same or following business day. Most of our real estate agencies receive our bond monies the following business day. If the transaction is urgent, please ask your tenant to contact us as we may be able to expedite the payment.
When you have other BondSure-approved tenants in the future, simply provide your BondSure agency number to your tenant to quote in their online application. It’s as simple as that!
