In order to be BondSure approved, our clients have been through a quite thorough application process including a financial assessment, credit check and ID check. We pride ourselves on being responsible lenders, so with BondSure, you know you’re getting a quality tenant.
We also offer our clients bond insurance which is equally beneficial to property managers and landlords too. Our bond insurance covers any accidental damage to the property as well as excess cleaning costs over and above that which is reasonably required of a tenant. Bond insurance makes both the tenant’s and agent’s lives easier by streamlining the resolution of any accidental damage or excess cleaning situation that may arise. At the same time, it secures the bond which would otherwise be eroded by such damage or cleaning cost. It will also hopefully mean less disputes at the end of the tenancy.
Once your tenant has been BondSure approved and finalised their application, BondSure will issue them with a bank cheque. They are able to present this cheque to your property managers in payment of the rental bond. If you would prefer payment via another method (EFT, Bpay, NSW Rental Bonds Online etc) we are certainly able to accommodate this!
