Make a claim on your insurance

We appreciate that claims need to be made – after all, that is what the cover is there for. If you need to make a claim, please call us on 1300 333 007.

Our claims department will direct you to the relevant claims administrator acting on behalf of the damage insurer. They will request full details of the circumstances of the claim and process the claim settlement as quickly as possible.

The damage repairs or cleaning will be handled “on the ground” by the real estate agent, who will arrange for the work to be carried out, after liaising with and obtaining the agreement of the insurer’s administrator.
