Our claims department will direct you to the relevant claims administrator acting on behalf of the damage or contents insurer. They will request full details of the circumstances of the claim and process the claim settlement as quickly as possible.
The damage repairs or cleaning will be handled “on the ground” by the real estate agent, who will arrange for the work to be carried out, after liaising with and obtaining the agreement of the insurer’s administrator.
If it is a contents claim, the replacement of goods it will be handled directly between the insurer’s administrator and you, as expeditiously as possible.
